The terms listed below apply as a starting point for all services provided by Børsgade, unless otherwise specifically stated or separately agreed.
2. Responsibility
2.1 Responsibility
By using information and services from Borsgade, the user acknowledges that the user takes full responsibility for his or her financial situation and all decisions made now or in the future, including any investments made. Furthermore, the user acknowledges and agrees to waive all potential claims against Børsgade and Børsgade’s employees.
Børsgade does not accept any liability for the users/customers’ use of the information provided on the website. Investments, including securities trading, are associated with high risksand this is the sole responsibility of the customers/users. Børsgade cannot therefore be held liable for any loss of profit or other loss associated with the customer’s/user’s use of knowledge from the website.
2.2 Børsgade draws attention to the following warnings
Investing involves risks. The price of financial instruments may fall and/or rise without it being possible to predict the timing or duration of such fluctuations. The customer may not get back the amount invested. The spread between the buying and selling prices of financial instruments can be significant in volatile market conditions (large fluctuations).
Investing is a complicated business that requires serious financial due diligence for each investment. The customer should only trade in financial instruments if they understand the risks involved.

Børsgade therefore does not assess the user/customer’s individual risk profile in relation to investments and does not under any circumstances provide specific recommendations on the suitability of any investments. Therefore, Børsgade does not know all relevant facts about the user/customer and/or individual needs, and Børsgade does not represent or claim that any of the services offered are suitable for the user/customer’s needs.
The user/customer should consider his/her financial situation, investment experience, investment objective and risk tolerance level before making an investment, as the responsibility to invest wisely is the sole responsibility of the user/customer.
2.3 Investment coaching
Dedicated to helping the customer understand financial planning, including investing, Børsgade strives to overcome any fears the customer may have about investing. In addition, Børsgade helps the customer consider relevant factors in this regard. Børsgade’s goal is to help customers take control of their financial situation by providing solid education and responsible strategies that they can feel confident in.
The coaching services offered do not constitute a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement or offer by Børsgade or any third party service provider to buy or sell financial instruments or other financial products (including, without limitation, deposits, insurance products and pension plans) in Denmark or in any other jurisdiction.
The role of the Børsgade investment coach is to support and help the customer, but the customer’s success depends first and foremost on their own effort, motivation and commitment. Børsgade will not and cannot guarantee that the customer will achieve a specific result. As with all coaching services, client results may vary and will be dependent on many variables, including – but not limited to – the client’s own capacity, expertise and commitment.
By requesting investment coaching services from Borsgade, the customer acknowledges that the customer takes full responsibility for his or her financial situation and well-being and all decisions made now or in the future, including any investments made. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to waive all potential claims against Børsgade and Børsgade’s employees.
3. Entering into an agreement
Agreements between the customer and Børsgade are deemed to have been concluded when the agreement is made in writing between the parties, e.g. by sending an offer and acceptance by e-mail.
4. Payment and termination
All prices quoted include VAT. It is possible to pay in DKK.
Børsgade reserves the right to change prices on the website that may be incorrectly stated. Børsgade also reserves the right to change prices, fees and/or other costs stated on the website at any time.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. Investment Coaching
The purchase of investment coaching sessions is binding when the agreement is approved in writing by the customer and Børsgade.
5.2 Cancellation or change of investment coaching sessions
Investment coaching sessions can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the agreed time. If a coaching session is canceled within 24 hours or if the customer does not show up for a money coaching session, the full price will be charged as Børsgade has set aside time for that session.
If a customer cancels a coaching session more than 24 hours in advance, we will not charge for the missed session. Cancellation or change of a coaching session over 24 hours in advance is done via the customer’s own calendar message or to the coach in question via email.
If the cancellation is done via the customer’s own calendar, it is done as follows: When the customer books a coaching session, the customer will receive a calendar invitation. It is important that this is accepted. If the customer wishes to cancel the appointment, this invitation must be declined. Børsgade will subsequently be notified and the cancellation will be registered.
5.3 Event / Training
Purchasing a ticket for an event or education session for a specific date is exempt from the right of withdrawal unless Børsgade cancels or reschedules an event.
6. Legal remedies
For disputes arising between Børsgade and the customer regarding the customer’s purchase, customers can file a complaint with the State Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints and the Consumer Complaints Board, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, tel. 72405600. The customer can find more information about conditions for complaints, fees, etc. at www.forbrug.dk.

7. Copyrights
All rights to services, articles, webinars, courses, events, etc. belong to Børsgade.
It is generally prohibited to copy or publish content (e.g. articles and webinars) from Børsgade, unless this is done in accordance with Børsgade’s instructions or with our consent.
Commercial use of our trademark (name, logo, etc.) is not allowed.
8. personal data
The information provided by the customer in connection with their order or membership registration will be registered with Børsgade, which is the data controller for the information.
